Welcome to Rula, I am Beth Aguayo LCSW, and I have been practicing social work for 20 years! I have felt compelled to be a compassionate listener and supporter of others throughout my life. Connection, compassion, authenticity, and empathy are the cornerstones of my therapeutic approach, I believe that paying attention to a clients automatic thoughts, beliefs about themselves, and behaviors, can lead to great change a growth!
