I am a clinical social worker who works with individuals with a variety of concerns, including trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, stress and life transitions. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and seek to meet each client where they are with an open, non-judgmental and compassionate presence. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment to work toward healing, empowerment and reaching client-centered goals. I use an integrative approach to therapy allowing me to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of each individual.
My interventions include Cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness Based Interventions and Solution focused therapy. I am also trained in iRest Yoga Nidra, a form of meditation practice that supports psychological, physical and spiritual healing.
