In my 10+ years in the social work field, I have worked with clients from a diverse range of cultures, ages, backgrounds, and mental health diagnoses. I have also worked with individual clients, as well as couples and families. I enjoy working with others to help them uncover the path to success, help them to love themselves, and overcome roadblocks in their lives.
I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques while remaining nonjudgmental in order to help clients work through various mental health struggles. I work with clients who struggle with depression, generalized anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, grief, PTSD, low self-esteem, and family issues.
