I enjoy working with clients with depression, anxiety trauma/PTSD, problems with life adjustments, social anxiety, relationship issues, Adult-children of alcoholics and changing core beliefs that are getting in your road of being happy and fulfilled in your life.
I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist working with mental health, co-occuring disorders (mental health/substance abuse) post-traumatic stress with veterans, non-military and first responders, I teach coping skills that can help with real life situations and I utilize EMDR in a variety of ways that help with traumas, core beliefs and phobias.
