Hello and Welcome. I know starting therapy can be a daunting process. Whether you’ve been in therapy before or if it’s your first time, it’s hard to be vulnerable and to give voice to the feelings and experiences that bring us discomfort, pain or shame. And, therapy can be incredibly rewarding. Creating meaning out of our dark and painful experiences is a transformative process. That’s why I got into this work.
Therapy with me is client-centered and collaborative. What this means is that we work together on what you want to work on. I bring my training and expertise to the table, but you are the expert on yourself. No one knows you better than you.
My approach is warm, compassionate and nonjudgmental. My aim is to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard and comfortable to explore and express yourself. I want you to have a place where you can be your authentic self. I want to hear your story.
