I specialize in these areas: body image and eating disorders, family conflict, depression and anxiety, and relationship difficulties.
When treating relationship difficulties, depression, and anxiety, I employ psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. When treating eating disorders, I use cognitive behavioral techniques, and I am one of few MS therapists who is certified in Family Based Therapy, the only evidence-based treatment for eating disorders for teens.
