I enjoy working with families of children with disabilities, prenatal and postpartum mothers, and those who have experienced betrayal trauma. I also work with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, addiction, grief, and adjustment issues. I use evidence-based techniques and a collaborative and integrated approach to tailor my therapy to each individual's unique situations, learning preferences, and goals.
I offer various interventions and strategies for you to heal and cope with your unique struggles. I provide a warm and safe environment to support my clients in developing skills and confidence to confront life challenges and explore their thoughts and feelings.
