My work with clients includes using out of the box thinking and methods while applying integrative techniques from EMDR, Cognitive-behavioral, Dialectical, motivational, strength-based, mindfulness stress reduction, and person-centered therapies to fit each clients individual needs for greater possibilities of success and positive outcomes.
