I believe healing is all about connection and integration. As a teen or adult, traumatic events, hard emotions, or living as a marginalized person in our societal structures can tend to leave us feeling defeated, isolated, and/or hopeless. Or, sometimes we just feel stuck in life. With a client-led approach, we can use a variety of interventions that you feel would help the most, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
As a cancer survivor and thriver, I know what it feels like to be smacked by life. I also have a deep belief that everyone, no matter what they’re struggling with, has innate internal resilience that they can learn to tap into.
