I offer in-person or telehealth across NYS. I work with adults in individual therapy and use a collaborative, integrated style, where I base my interventions on individual needs. Beginning or restarting the therapeutic process is not always easy, and I appreciate the strength and courage it takes to manage life’s hardships. My goals as a clinician are to help people recognize their own strengths and values, and to help clients develop the necessary skills to cope with and manage those hardships.
I want my clients to feel comfortable and safe, and to feel heard and respected as a person. I also appreciate that finding the right clinician is a process because a good personal fit is needed for the best treatment outcomes. Before accepting a case, I do a phone consultation to discuss your therapy goals and my treatment process, to ensure a good fit.
Frequently used therapeutic styles: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I often work with insomnia, anxiety, depression, and ADHD/executive dysfunction concerns.
