Do you feel like you struggling to hold yourself together emotionally after a loss? Whether that the is loss of a parent, spouse, child, relative, friend, relationship etc, it can be difficult to find a place to express those emotions. I help individuals who are grieving a loss regardless of the length of time the special person has passed away. I am a Grief Educator (taught by Grief expert David Kessler). I work with individuals who are navigating uncharted waters of grief. Grief can be overwhelming and difficult to know who to open up to and how much to share.
I provide a safe space for you to share as much and openly about that special person whom you miss.
This is a space that you can share stories and feel a variety of emotions. I also have experience working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety.
