Greetings and welcome to my practice! I'm a licensed therapist with over 30 years' experience providing virtual counseling, therapy, and case management. I am a graduate of Fordham University's School of Social Work and have obtained my Certificate in Intensive Motivational Interviewing. I've also supervised and educated other providers on therapeutic interventions and communication. In my practice, I've treated a very wide variety of emotional concerns, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief therapy, relationship concerns and trauma.
My treatment philosophy is built upon strong listening skills and using cognitive based therapies. I feel that any problem can be addressed if provided a safe, trusting, and judgment free environment. My style is to collaborate and plan with my clients around goals, as well as the work needed between sessions toward change.
The sessions that I offer are completely judgement free and focused on you as the expert on yourself and your concerns. My goal is to provide you with the tools to cope in a healthy manner, greater awareness of your thinking and behaviors, and promoting healthy self care. I'm looking forward to working with you!
