I have a holistic approach that honors the mind/body connection and my advanced training in trauma allows me to provide treatment that goes beyond traditional talk therapy to create deep and lasting healing.
I have been a counselor for 30 years and have worked both in the US and abroad, with people from all walks of life. I am deeply experienced in helping people heal from trauma and PTSD.
I was a Military Family Life Counselor for many years and currently work with the Wounded Warrior program. Besides PTSD, my specialties include childhood abuse, including sexual abuse, depression, burnout, anxiety and marriage and couple’s issues. I see clients early weekday mornings (5:00, 6:00, 7:00 or 8:00am).
