I work from a relational and insight oriented approach. I believe that we were all created for connection and that our woundedness often gets in the way of this connectedness, whether it be to God or to others. Deep, intensive, soul counseling can help heal this woundedness so that connections are more honest, genuine, and whole. It should also leave you with a deeper sense of self and identity, so that you can interact in healthy ways with the world around you.
I take an eclectic approach based on what the needs are of my clients. I utilize techniques from Gestalt, Object Relations, Jungian Psychology, Systems Theory, Sensorimotor, Somatic Processing, Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, and Experiential Therapies.
It's important to me that the client have control what we talk about and how quickly we move through their story. So much of trauma and abuse is about a lack of power and control, and I try to give these back to you, the client. I offer a sacred space to process your woundedness.
