As an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist we can focus on present concerns and healing through bilateral stimulation to activate the brain’s ability to resolve concerns. With advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health I work together with birthing & non-birthing parents to navigate perinatal concerns including pregnancy, pregnancy loss, grief, mood & anxiety.
