I work with couples and individuals to repair, reconnect, and rebuild the relationship by exploring relationship patterns from the families you grew up in, understanding how those patterns impact you individually and in the relationship, and helping you communicate on a deeper level.
Sex can be an enjoyable part of life and relationships, but sometimes individuals/ couples struggle with discrepancies in desire or issues with sexual function, pain, or orgasm. Together, we will seek to understand the physical, relational, and psychological factors at play and then work to address them.
I also collaborate with individuals to address depression, anxiety, ADHD, and self-esteem issues. I believe that assessment is a critical component of therapy. So, together we seek to understand the issues and then work towards making changes to help you feel more satisfied and comfortable in your life and relationships.
