That means I see you as the expert on your life and experiences, I will walk alongside you providing validation and tools along the way, and we will reference the systems/cultures that impact you. I like to work collaboratively to make sure that therapy works for the individual, and not the other way around.
I was trained in EMDR while still in my internship during graduate school, and am now EMDR Certified. I have completed LPC Supervision Training through the Colorado Counseling Association. In April 2022, I completed Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Training through PRATI (Psychedelic Research and Training Institute).
