I work hard to form a relationship based on the needs of the client, and try to help each other quickly feel comfortable and relate. With this understanding I take a supportive and accepting stance that assist that breeds self-acceptance with my clients.
My primary specialty is addiction and working with individuals that struggle with substance use. I also love working with high achievers and help them feel understood and empowered when they may typically feel disconnected from others.
I have worked with people of various backgrounds. That said, people in sales and young adults, seem to have great outcomes from our sessions. I believe people can make positive change and build a life that they love.
