I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I approach counseling in a way that fits the needs of every person that walks through my door. I am trained in traditional talk therapy methods and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is an eye movement therapy that can transform your life in a quick and effective manner.
Beginning counseling can be intimidating. You may be sharing past events and thoughts that you have never shared before. I work to build a place where you feel welcomed, comfortable, safe, and valued. I hope together we can build a trusting relationship as you find healing.
