Hello and welcome! I work with individuals/families/couples wanting to heal from developmental trauma, relational trauma, addiction, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, co-dependency, personality disorders, anxiety and depression. I take time to create safety in our relationship and truly understand what you're wanting for yourself in order to support you in resolving the underlying patterns that often lead to feeling stuck, trapped or unfulfilled. If you are looking for a non-judgmental, warm and personable therapist who will also supportively challenge you to achieve your therapeutic goals, please reach out to see if we'd be a fit!
I am licensed in CO, FL and NY and am a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors. I am certified in Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT) and the Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM) for treating Developmental Trauma. I also have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families overcoming impacts of addiction.
Often, the biggest obstacle is taking the first step. My goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where you can invest in self-exploration; cultivate the tools and confidence to accomplish your goals; and know that there is someone who is supporting you along their journey. I offer a free consult call, so you can know we'd work well together!
