I believe we all have strengths that have helped us cope throughout our lives. Sometimes, we just need a space where we can stop, reenergize and maybe even learn new skills.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress in the workplace, post-partum depression, and other mental health issues related to changes in their environment.
