I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience in the mental health field. I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and interpersonal conflict, in addition to individuals with history of trauma, ADHD and ASD diagnoses. In my work as a therapist, I utilize a variety of techniques to support my clients with developing a meaningful self-image, enhancing the quality of personal relationships, managing grief and loss, and increasing their ability to process difficult life circumstances.
My therapeutic approach is foremost humanistic and supportive while incorporating practice methods from psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling services.
The decision to pursue therapy or counseling is personal. My hope is to be a stable figure for my clients on their journey towards healing, acceptance, and self-empowerment. If you are interested in my services, please feel free to contact me directly via email or my practice office via phone. I am available for both in-person and telehealth appointments.
