My specialties include using somatic techniques to help create safety within your body & process trauma as well as giving you tools (CBT, DBT, etc.) to help manage any emotion dysregulation you might be struggling with. I also utilize a great deal of attachment & inner child work to repair any core wounds that may be impacting your current relationships.
