Hi, I'm Eli. I work with individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in their lives. My approach is client-centered and highly individual. I believe in meeting the clients where they are, then guiding them to where they want to be through the use of psychoeducation, collaborative discussion, and a strong focus on kindness. I specialize in working with individuals facing personal difficulties and couples struggling with relational obstacles such as communication, infidelity, and relational imbalance. My practice is empathetic, systemic, and maintains a safe space for people to explore their truth without judgment.
The foundational belief of Narrative therapy, that "the person is not the problem - the problem is the problem", serves as our guide as we work through the issues and obstacles that may be stopping you from achieving your therapeutic goals. My approach encourages the client to "write your own story". I offer therapy, life-skills, and coaching services.
