Congratulations on taking the steps to begin your journey to improved mental health! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervision designation (LPCC-S) in the State of Ohio and have worked in the mental health field for 15+ years. I am a native of Cleveland, Ohio and I am passionate about helping others! Accessing mental health services can be taboo and stigmatized in this society, particularly among different cultures. Even so, my efforts as a Mental Health Professional are aimed to de-stigmatize mental health and mental health treatment by providing education and a supportive environment.

I believe in focusing on strengths and being solution focused as we tend to our emotional needs and stressors of life. My approach in counseling also includes emphasizing the therapeutic relationship to foster clients' personal growth.

I work with adults who are experiencing a variety of concerns, such as mood and emotional instability, conflicts in interpersonal relationships, anger management, substance abuse, and more. I am eager to assist you with obtaining the Quality of Life that you deserve!
