I utilize a integrative somatic approach aimed in deepening the awareness of the interplay of thought, feeling and sensation as achieved by the physical body. My identity as a bi-racial therapist that works in 3 languages informs the arena of conflict and magic that inhabits the boundaries of gender, race and culture.
ADHD COACHING: I work with individuals and run unique coaching-motivation-skills groups for all ages. SUPERVISION for pre-licensure MFT, LMHC and for psychotherapists who wish to deepen their knowledge and skill in bringing somatic approaches to their practice.
