I use an eclectic approach of different treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy to maximize the benefit for the client. I specialize in mood disorders (depression, anxiety), change of life issues, grief, chronic medical illness, and relational problems. I have experience with a vast array of clients, including children, adults, and older adults.
