My experiences as a therapist and as a parent have provided me with the ability to be incredibly patient and understanding.
As your therapist, my goal is to create a safe, empathic environment where together we can explore and process issues that are challenging. Among other things, we may look into the past, at current coping mechanisms, and relationship patterns to gain understanding in order to make positive changes.
