Currently schedule openings: Mon at 11am, Tues before 3pm, Thurs at 12/1pm. I’m unable to offer evening appointments at this time. It wasn’t until I discovered the healing power of the mind, body, and spirit approach that I saw lasting change and healing in myself and in my clients. I am client centered, radically non-judgmental, authentic, and honest. I believe in meeting each individual where they are and joining together on a path to growth. I am strongly influenced by Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which focuses on the link between our bodies and our psychological wellbeing.
My areas of specialty include: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Domestic Violence, and helping clients who wish to strengthen communication skills and build healthy relationships. I am accepting clients on a case by case basis. New clients must be self motivated to participate in therapy and have a willingness to examine their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Making the decision to make an appointment for therapy can be overwhelming and choosing a therapist can be a daunting process. Whether you have never seen a therapist or have been engaged in therapy for years consider coming in for a meeting. I will not pressure you or judge you.
