In my practice I offer supportive therapy for those who are ready to dig in. I start with getting to know you and inviting you to share your story. I help you by coming up with a plan together and I am with you to tackle obstacles and celebrate wins. I offer a patient, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach so you can move toward the change you desire.
Helping you overcome your challenges is my goal. That may look like gaining insight on where patterns came from, processing a hard loss or experience, practicing vulnerability, or learning to set better boundaries.
