As someone who’s been through my own healing journey, I have a profound appreciation for the therapeutic process and the changes people are capable of making in their lives. I have 5 years of experience working with clients of all ages, ranging from depression and anxiety to childhood trauma and addiction. I have utilized a variety of therapeutic perspectives, including IFS, Psychodynamic, CBT, and Solution-Focused. My work is informed by Humanistic/Existential, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral principles.
In my own life, I have benefited greatly from the therapeutic process, and it is my life's purpose to be the best healer I can possibly be.
