I specialize in working with those who suffer from chronic pain, helping them to reclaim healing and empowerment. With personal success and training with Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a mind-body program rooted in neuroscience, I am able to help others reduce and eliminate pain from their daily lives.
In addition, I specialize in navigating life transitions, addressing anxiety, and maternal health and wellness. My approach combines psychoeducation, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and emotional processing.
