Now accepting new clients! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist with over eighteen years of experience providing high quality, individualized counseling services. I help clients address anxiety, depression, AD/HD, grief and loss, women’s issues, relationship conflicts, parenting issues, and family dynamics. Art, play, and sandtray therapies offered.
I strive to deliver a personalized approach to counseling and support each client as they set and reach their goals and live healthier, more balanced lives. I work from a client centered approach, am IFS informed, and have expertise on the Enneagram.
I am a graduate of the Art Therapy and Counseling Program at Eastern Virginia Medical School and have trained with the Enneagram Institute, as well as Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association. In addition to counseling services, I can provide LPC supervision and am a registered supervisor in Virginia.
