I utilize traditional therapy interventions, EMDR, and Sandtray therapy. I am basic trained in both EMDR and Sandtray, which are specialized psychotherapy treatments. They help individual reprocess their traumas in nontraditional ways so they are no longer distressing. By reprocessing the trauma, individuals can heal and make positive changes.
