Hello, I am Eleanor Brown, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over thirty years of experience working in the mental health field. Are you looking for an experienced nonjudgmental therapist? I am here to provide you with support, guidance, and a safe place for you to heal. I provide individual therapy for adults, teenagers, and geriatrics. I work with those suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, anger, ADHD, relationship issues, career changes, and co-occurring issues. My eclectic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and client-centered. People are self-efficient individuals who can change when endorsed by motivation and fortitude. Everyone is equipped fundamentally with the solutions to their problems by focusing on their inner essentials of personal growth and development.
