My goal is to provide a place where you can address whatever challenges bring you to treatment so you can move forward in a positive and productive manner with new insights and coping skills. To do this, we will work together to understand your past experiences, current struggles and future goals. For over 20 years I have helped adults of all ages address feelings of loss, low self-esteem, work and relationship issues and health concerns.
I offer both long-term and brief therapy using an insight oriented approach to treatment. I also drawn on cognitive/behavioral strategies when appropriate.
Issues I work with include stress, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the psychological problems associated with chronic illness.
