My clients come to therapy to navigate crises, process trauma, gain self-insight, and create action plans for a fulfilling life. My approach is supportive, adaptable, investigative, and educational, tailored to each individual’s needs. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults.
Common modalities I use include EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment for Skin Picking and Hair Pulling Disorders, Mindfulness, Neurofeedback therapy, and The Gottman Method for couples.
