When human beings experience truama or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My passion is working with people to bring healing from situational /events that have affected their lives. I work with adolescence and adults to find a healthy perception of themselves and streghten their relationship with others.
My treatment modalities include EMDR, which I have extensive training in. I also use cognitive behavior, solution focus and somatic approaches to address but not limited to trauma, depression and anxiety. With the use of EMDR, I have seen clients neutralize their past, eliminiate unwanted symptoms such as anxiety & depression, and increase in self-esteem.
