I individually tailor interventions and work collaboratively to help navigate through life's ups and downs. Treatment incorporates empirically based approaches with humor, homework, music, and other techniques. My caseload includes individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, sexual dysfunction, eating disorders, self-injury, body image difficulties, and/or other coping challenges. I treat men and women, teens and adults. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher with specialized yoga training to treat eating disorders, sexual dysfunction, depression, trauma, and anxiety. I am a Licensed Body Positive facilitator as well.
One area of specialty includes eating, weight, and body image issues. Helping people resolve problems with their sexual functioning is another speciality. I also work with people who have been through trauma, and/or those who are having general difficulties managing stress, relationships, or self-care.
