My practice is called Moon View Therapy and I work with individuals, couples and families in New York and New Jersey. My expertise is in working with those experiencing anxiety and depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and relationship transitions.
I use a somatic-informed and relational approach. In action, this means I primarily focus on the here-and-now utilizing mindfulness, principles of attachment, Internal Family Systems, and other somatic techniques. Together, this engages parts of the mind/body/brain in need of attention while allowing the tired and overworked parts to take a back seat.
