I hope to help individuals and couples increase their self awareness and identify challenges and goals. I offer an integrated approach to treatment drawing from a variety of theories and techniques. Change is a process that takes time and commitment but may feel daunting and isolating. My hope is reduce the isolation by creating a safe and supportive environment to explore concerns while taking steps to reach identified goals.
I have many years of experience treating individuals with anxiety ,depression and self esteem issues. I have also helped many couples emerge from a negative pattern of communicating to a more secure satisfying space in their relationship where they continue to grow with mutual respect and understanding.
