It’s not too late to welcome healing in the face of grief, trauma, or other life stressors. After all, the gift of reflection is gaining deeper awareness to help move through life’s many transitions. Therapy is an opportunity to explore your patterns of being and shifts in your relationships. I’m committed to co-creating a space where together, we unravel your experiences, challenge unhelpful cycles, and facilitate personal growth through self-compassion. My person-centered approach encourages vulnerability, awakens hope, and honors multiple truths.
I’m passionate about helping you understand your ways of relating and gaining clarity around your needs and boundaries. With a creative arts background, art and play are pillars in my practice alongside mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
As a 1.5 Generation Filipino-American woman, I value creating a safe space to explore the experiences of immigrant families and process difficulties. I’ve supported young adults and individuals through grief and loss, adjustment, relationship conflicts, and serious illness/life care planning in outpatient settings, school-based, and now in private practice.
