My specialty as a therapist is eating disorder recovery, body image issues, self-esteem, and creating a safe and supportive space to explore any and all issues that come up in the struggles of life. My clients range in age from adolescent/teens to adults. My other areas of treatment include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship distress, maladaptive behaviors, and trauma.
I offer evidenced based modalities such as Psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT, as well as Solution Focused, Experiential, and Motivational Interviewing. I am trained in Brainspotting, which offers the opportunity to process and release a wide range of emotionally and bodily-based conditions which is an excellent tool that can be integrated into your therapy.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space to grow in your journey. Being recovered from an eating disorder myself, I understand the bravery it takes to be open and vulnerable to change and healing.
