I work with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families.
I offer a client-centered approach, while integrating cognitive-behavioral principles and methods. I am EMDR trained, and able to help you process PTSD and traumatic memories so you are able to move past them in a healthy way. I also have 30 years of ministry experience and can offer a spiritual perspective if this is a direction you're interested in.
