I live in Victoria, Texas and I am 65 years young. I am accepting new clients who are Texas residents ages 21 plus for individual therapy. I am here to assist my clients to identify and process emotions, feelings, and situations. It is important to develop a therapeutic bond between therapist and client. I want my clients to feel safe, heard, and understood every session. I want my clients to feel lighter and brighter after talk therapy sessions. I offer a free 15 min video session to make sure that your needs match my expertise.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, panic, depression, stress and stress management, grief and loss, women's issues, relationships, divorce, separation, ages and stages, life transitions, aging parents, dementia, Christian Counseling. I can accept some insurance. Private pay is $75 per 55 min session.
My client centered approach is customized to individual needs. Therapeutic dialogue, or talk therapy is a positive approach to processing thoughts & emotions. I am patient, empathic, and I am excellent at active listening. I want my clients to feel safe, heard, respected, and understood.
