My journey in the mental health field started 10 years ago. As a therapist specializing in trauma, I can help you in exploring your needs and feelings that have negatively impacted your lives. I have worked with children, adults, and adolescents in the community I bring extensive experience in helping clients explore negative thoughts, triggers to their anxiety and depression, and helping them to understand the impact trauma has had on their lives. I have extensive training in trauma, domestic violence, and attachment which can aid you in recovering from a domestic violence relationship, history of childhood trauma or other form of trauma that has left you seeking treatment. I am a trans-affirming and LGBTQIA ally that can help you through your transition and explore your gender and sexual identity.
