Thanks for visiting my profile and website. Are you looking for some help and perspective on life transitions, events or historical trauma causing anxiety, depression, or leading to some internal or external conflicts? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Salt Lake City, Utah, dually licensed in Minnesota, where I can meet with folks virtually. The last 10+ years I've been providing care to adults and adolescents in outpatient healthcare settings.
I approach therapeutic work with a foundation of supportive, strengths-based and mindfullness approaches to building trust and rapport. Theoretically, I use a psychodynamic and attachment perspectives to understand your life, relationships, experiences and overall narrative. I am also trained in EMDR and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and IFS-informed.
