I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship. By fostering a growth mentality, I create an empathetic, warm, and supportive environment for my patients. I integrate several therapeutic interventions depending on a patient’s treatment needs, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
As a bilingual psychotherapist (English and Hebrew) I work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other stressful life situations. I have experience working with culturally diverse patient populations and the LGBTQ+ community.
