Eileen's passion lies in supporting new mothers and parents, recognizing the profound impact it can have on their mental and emotional well-being. Drawing from her own experience as a mother of three as well as her perinatal mental health certification, she enjoys working with all parents (new and seasoned!) to help them address unhealthy patterns they may have brought with them from their own childhoods. She finds it very important to explore our past experiences and relationships in order to discover underlying beliefs that might be in the way of raising healthy, happy children and to find ways to actually enjoy parenthood.
Eileen's empathetic and collaborative approach ensures that you feel heard, validated, and supported throughout your journey. Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, such as client centered therapy and EMDR, she tailors her approach to meet your specific needs and fully collaborates with you to decide what is best for YOU.
