Life can be tough, and it’s almost always made better with therapy. Two of my specialties are DBT and Borderline Personality. Other specialties include anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, and LGBTQ+ support.
CBT is another technique I like to use since it’s often our “automatic negative thoughts” (e.g. all or nothing thinking, mind-reading, “should” statements, etc.) than lead to negative emotions, lower self-esteem, and difficulties in relationships.
